Update: We did it!
With your help we’ve reached the target
for our crowd funding campaign:
A Brighter Future for Swansea Children Thank you
In 2020 our project was one of those chosen by the City & County of Swansea to receive a contribution towards our crowdfunding campaign. Recognising the value of what we plan to do, the Council has generously pledged £5,000 to help the young people in Swansea. With your support we reached our target and will be able to work with our partner Craigfelen Primary School to deliver the Swansea Primary Enterprise Challenge for the next 3 years.
Our aim is to give Swansea children the opportunity to gain skills and confidence that will help them later in life and have fun in the process. The Challenge brings learning to life and encourages creativity, team working and problem-solving.
As life resumes after COVID 19, there’s never been a more important time to ensure that young people are equipped with the skills they’ll need to to thrive. It’s going to be a challenge to deliver the project in the post Covid world but we’re looking forward to it.
We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who’s supported us and especially to Allison Williams, Head Teacher at Craigfelen Primary School, for working so hard to make the challenge a success and Prof. Andy Penaluna for sharing his enterprise education expertise with teachers.
The crowdfunding campaign has closed but you can find more information on the link below. If you’d like to support the project, please contact us.
